Marcus Bowen
FOUNDER / PROJECT MANAGER
Our founder began his long career in construction at age 16 as a labourer for a plasterer. Eventually after years of hard work and a keen eye for detail, he naturally progressed to become a director of his own plastering company. The subsequent years were spent working with main contractors for high end, high value properties. This laid solid foundations for Bow Projects.
Marcus’s enthusiasm and eye for detail is unrelenting. He loves what he does and gives each and every project the time and detail it deserves.

Guy Bowen
SITE MANAGER
Whether assisting with the creation of an award winning garden at Chelsea Flower Show or managing a Bow Projects build, Guy enjoys anything that involves making or mending and can turn his hands to most things, as he is often found doing on site. Minimising waste and creating more sustainable ways of building are also very important to Guy; he founded a wood recycling company which is still operational today.
With an extensive history in sales and business development too, he leads a first class operation, with customer relations and attention to detail at the forefront of everything he does.

Matt Logan
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Matt’s first experience in construction was as a labourer for a local builder in 2006. After 8 years working on sites of varying sizes, Matt commenced his studies in 2014 to gain a BSc (Hons) Project Management for Construction degree at the University of Brighton.
Over the years, Matt has worked for Tier 1 and medium sized organisations in the South East region on large residential and healthcare projects, as well as client side in the hospitality and leisure sector.
Matt has worked with the Bow Projects team since 2020 and his wealth of knowledge from his past operational and commercial roles has proved invaluable since.

Vicky Tree
OFFICE MANAGER
With over 40 year’s experience as a PA within the construction and legal industries, Vicky is the glue that holds Bow Projects together behind the scenes.
Her tenacious eye for detail and no nonsense attitude means that all clerical, administrative and bookkeeping duties are done to the highest standards ensuring the smooth day to day running of Bow Projects.
